As a Senior Stylist of ANCO Studio, you will know hair from the inside out. You will be client centric and enjoy what you do. Our ideal applicant would be someone with at least 5+  years of experience, but we are also open to someone who is a quick learner. We believe in someone who is passionate and has the drive to improve.

You will need to have

• 5+ years of experience in hairdressing

• Enjoy working with, socialising and connecting with clients from all walks of life

• Be well presented with a strong sense of style with a great personality

• Have a strong command of the English language

• High level of hairdressing Skill and Knowledge

• Confident in your ability to Cut, Colour and Style hair

• Enjoy and open to learning new techniques, skills and product knowledge on a daily basis

• Ability to work alone and as a team

• A MUST, knows how to have fun but still work hard

• A valid New Zealand residency or a valid New Zealand work visa

Our ideal applicant would be someone who is either a recent hairdresser Graduate or currently still studying in hairdressing school, but we are also open to someone who is a a quick learner and willing to dedicate more time to learning the ropes. We believe in someone who is passionate and has the drive to improve.

• A high passion and interest in hairdressing

• Enjoy working with, socialising and connecting with clients from all walks of life

• Be well presented with a strong sense of style with a great personality

• Have a strong command of the English language

• Enjoy and open to learning new techniques, skills and product knowledge on a daily basis

• Have the ability to withstand and work in a busy environment

• A must; knows how to have fun but still work hard

• A valid New Zealand residency or a valid New Zealand work visa

Marketing & Front Desk Manager

Your role covers all Marketing and Front Desk Management. Your role will vary day to day; Key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Support on campaign photo shoots

• Creating, editing and copywriting website content

• Content creation

• Management of website and regular performance analysis

• Blog writing in our Journal

• SEO/SEM optimisation

• Running social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & Google)

• Reply to client queries on all channels

You will be someone who is a self-starter, have good common sense and passionate about innovation. You are proficient working across all digital platforms, from Facebook to Instagram to Google. You will need to find creative solutions and love managing digital campaigns. This is a hands-on role that contributes to not only our digital strategy but also at the front desk customer service, so multi-tasking is a must.

You will have the freedom to own this area, but be accountable for the results. Having the drive and stretching targets/KPIs is a must. 

​

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience across digital and traditional marketing

• Passionate in digital marketing

• Copywriting comes naturally to you

• Highly organised and detailed oriented

• Confident to share your insights with the team

• You take learnings from past experiences and apply them to inform and guide future decisions

• This is full time 30-35 hours role if you confident with both of marketing and front desk management
